MDF Board
BUDPAC create and distribute versatile Medium Density Fibre (MDF) board and rigid protection solutions for commercial use in New Zealand and abroad. MDF board is highly impenetrable and so provides the ultimate rigid protection for precious cargo.
MDF board is automatically export compliant, no longer requiring the ISPM15 mark, making it the popular choice among exporters.
Pallets
BUDPAC specialise in custom built MDF pallets designed to incorporate kit set MDF crating components
MDF pallets generally consist of an 18mm solid MDF base attached to 70-90mm MDF bearer. However, various slat designs and/or MDF pine combos can be custom designed to meet your needs.

Our specialisation lies in crafting custom-built MDF pallets that seamlessly incorporate kitset MDF crating components. We conveniently supply MDF pallets, along with MDF crating sides and tops, in a flat pack format, enabling quick and effortless assembly.
Cover Sheets & Layer Boards
BUDPAC specialise in custom cut MDF coversheet tops, sides, ends, bases, fillet boards, layer boards and bearers often known as dunnage.
MDF thin line 3mm coversheets provide exceptional protection, but if that’s not enough we have the range covered with 6, 7, 9, 12 or 15mm protection. BUDPAC specialise in long length MDF coversheet panels, precision cut to 5.4m in length.
Shelving
BUDPAC specialises in MDF shelving custom cut to size, meaning no waste, economical ready-to-install shelving. We work closely with pallet racking companies nationwide by supplying quality precision-cut MDF panels directly to site. MDF shelving is available in a range of thicknesses from 18 to 30mm.
